IT company NGL Technology Limited (NGL) has moved offices to a prominent regeneration area in Stoke-on-Trent as it seeks to expand.

The firm, which provides IT solutions for small to medium-sized companies, moved to Carlton House, in Stoke, at the end of August.

The move will allow NGL more space to host customer demonstrations and meetings, as well as offer the potential to take on more staff as the firm grows. The central location in the city will also offer increased exposure for the business.

Previously based at Vale Park, in Burslem, NGL is now looking forward to continuing to expand after taking on a new member of staff. NGL partner Neil Gaskell said: “We love it here and already feel settled. It’s easier for clients to reach us, should they need to visit, and we’re in a great position to service businesses across the counties of Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire.

“The self-contained office offers plenty of room to expand further and take on more staff when we’re ready. We’re already in the process of setting up a dedicated repair station and creating a comfortable waiting area for clients.

“Having a separate room within the unit allows us to hold private meetings and offer solution demonstrations for clients.”

NGL supports organisations with IT consultancy, installation, maintenance and management. Services include monthly and ad hoc support, security, procurement, telecoms and VOIP solutions, and email and website hosting.

Around 5.6 million private sector businesses operate in the UK, with an estimated 85% handling digital data. Almost all these businesses need IT equipment and software to run efficiently, meaning reliable network and cloud computing support such as that offered by NGL is in high demand.

NGL partners Neil Gaskell and Graeme Lafferty, who have over fifty years of combined experience, are also joined by Josh Burnett as an IT support technician.

Neil added: “Offering support to companies that really need it is our priority, especially smaller to medium-sized companies, which might not be able to afford in-house IT services. Dependable IT and cloud computing systems are essential to the functioning of most firms, and we exist to support that.

“Moving offices is the first step towards helping even more companies enjoy business IT support that they can rely on while the owners focus on the important work of growing their own business.”
